The Society of Friendly Fellows was founded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1925 by Sidney J. Burgoyne. Ellen Burgoyne Hubrig, a great-granddaughter of Sidney re-established it in 2008. It is a membership of men and women who make Daily Thoughts for Friendly Fellows, Reflections on Seeing the GOOD in Ourselves and Others a constant companion in their lives. Sidney always said that once you own the book then you are in the Society; a group with a common goal and understanding to seek and find the GOOD in others.
We would like to keep track of Friendly Fellows and would appreciate you signing in on the member registration form. You must register by entering the ID Code found on the bottom of the bookmark that comes with the book. All Friendly Fellows are encouraged to use our on-line Forum to meet others, share uplifting testimonials, and discuss challenges and accomplishments that will demonstrate that we see the GOOD in others. If you are not a member of the Society of Friendly Fellows but would like to receive e-mails concerning events and sales just enter your name and e-mail address in the home page e-mail subscription box.
These messages of inspiration and hope that are in “Daily Thoughts for Friendly Fellows” reach across 85 years to challenge us today to become Friendly Fellows and to grow the Society. Won't you join us today?
