Shipping Policy:

All shipments are made from Knoxville, Tennessee where Tennessee taxes apply to the orders in that state only. 

If rush shipments are required you may chose Fed Ex Overnight. Standard shipments go out via UPS or USPS with an approximate 3 day delivery schedule.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it  within 30 days to receive an authorization number to return the merchandise. Merchandise must be in the condition that you received it - and we will gladly make an exchange, credit or refund.
